What's the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Processing time is the length of time needed to get your order ready to ship after it's been placed (typically 1-3 business days). Shipping time is the length of time an item takes to reach its intended destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. Please note the tracking information provided is only an estimate and I do not have any control over your package once the shipping provider has possession of it. I currently use USPS or UPS and the estimated date of delivery is never a guarantee.

What if my order arrives broken or damaged?

Your items are packaged and shipped with great care to ensure safe delivery, however, accidents with shipping providers do happen. If you receive a broken or damaged item please contact me immediately (the same day you receive your order) and provide detailed photos of the damaged item and the original packing materials and I will happily issue you a refund. *For larger purchases or items shipped with a signature confirmation, you may be asked by the shipping carrier to to return it to them before a receiving a refund.

All items are shipped with a tracking number. If, in the rare case, a package gets lost, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue. If the item has been marked DELIVERED, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the shipping provider or local authorities to report it stolen. *It is not uncommon for a package to be marked delivered and arrive the following day or for your package to be delivered to a neighbor.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are ready to be shipped in 3-5 business days from Phoenix, Az. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS, either priority, first class, media mail or parcel select ground. Other shipping providers such as UPS or FedEx may be used depending on the weight/size of the package. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your item has shipped.

When should I expect to hear back after sending a message or email?

Please allow one full business day (Mon-Fri) to respond to messages.

The color looks different than the photos, can I return the item?

Since screens and monitors display colors differently and color viewing is subjective, I can not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. I do not accept returns but I want you to love your purchase, so please contact me with any concerns.

Vintage from the 1950s

Vintage Emerson 888 Vanguard transistor radio, produced around 1958. This AM pocket radio is ivory colored with gold colored dials, an adjustable handle and is in nice working condition. Picked up several channels and volume works great. It has not been opened or cleaned and is sold as is. Dimension are approx 6.5" x 4" x 2".
