Should you wish to change the text to a different wording, please contact me and I will change the text for a minimal extra fee.

Can I cancel my order or receive a refund?

Due to the fact that my products are digital items, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available. I will however do my very best to solve any issues and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

Can I sell the design in printed version?

All documents are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially or be resold/redistributed. You may not print the design and sell the printed version. Copyright of the artwork does not transfer with purchase.

You can't download Etsy digital files from the Etsy App. You need to bypass the app to download your digital file using a mobile phone. When you log in using your phone, please use the BROWSER NOT THE APP. You may also use a computer desktop/laptop when downloading instead of via a mobile phone.

Here's how to visit the download link :)
1. Log in to your Etsy account (use the browser, NOT the Etsy APP)
2. Click on “Your Account” (top right)
3. Choose “Purchases and Reviews”
4. Find the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order)
5. The file will go to your “Downloads” folders
