The 6.1 oz/yd² (US) or 10 oz/L yd (CA) fabric is crafted with 30-thread count ring-spun cotton yarns for long-lasting comfort. Each piece undergoes a garment-dyed process, resulting in a unique, vintage look with minimal shrinkage.

The pigment-dyed colors are created using salt-free, clean pigment dyes, giving each garment a subtly unique shade variation. In contrast, reactive-dyed colors provide a traditional, even tone while maintaining the same soft feel. Pigment dyes consist of insoluble color particles that adhere to the fabric’s surface, while reactive dyes create a classic, deeply infused color.
