:: Things to Keep in Mind::
1. If you want us to use the handwriting you provide, please keep in mind that it will look nearly exact to what you provide. If it is crooked, or missing pieces your engraving will replicate those features. We will do our best to clean it up, but we do not replicate/forge someone else handwriting, we simply turn what you provide into an engraving file so we can use it in our machines.

2. If you submit a PDF, or a picture of text, we will not type it out for you, we will use the image provided, exactly as provided, so if it is crooked, or has other imperfections, your engraving will also replicate those imperfections.

3. For best results when requesting that we use fonts to design your dish... Please type out your recipe for us in the messages section. DO NOT send us a PDF and expect that we will type it out for you, that is not part of our process. We really need your help and would appreciate it if you type it out for us as we can then copy and paste that into our design software and begin the designing of your dish using fun and decorative styles and fonts. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK FOR SPELLNG & PUNCTUATION ERRORS BEFORE SUBMITTING.

4. WE DO NOT REMOVE LINES. If your recipe is on lined paper, it will also have lines on your dish. You can avoid this by tracing your recipe on unlined white paper with black ink, then submit your recipe without the lines. We can then use the clear, unlined, and organized image to engrave on your dish.

5. If you can not attach your information via Etsy, due to size or other reason, you may email us your details but PLEASE put your order number in the subject line so that we can easily find it.

Designs are thermally engraved and are permanent. The design will never fade or peel as the black is imbedded into the ceramic. leaving behind a feeling with a slightly textured surface.
Perfectly safe for normal use as well. May be used in the dishwasher, Freezer, oven and refrigerator.

WHOLESALE
We do offer wholesale rates in some cases. This is based on the product and quantity of the order, and must be ordered in case quantities, which usually begins at 18-24 units. When we can buy in large quantities, we forward those savings to you in most cases. However, the engraving costs are still the same as our workload will not change with larger orders. SHIPPING

****Purchasing express shipping will not decrease our processing times, it will decrease the amount of time shipping will take to get the item to you. Our processing times will still be 1-7 days (7-14 DURING THE HOLIDAYS)***

ALL Orders will ship USPS GROUND OR UPS GROUND and may take a few extra days to arrive, based on your location. We are on the East Coast. (Shipping will take 1-7 Business Days). PLEASE be sure to give us the correct address. If your item comes back to us for any reason you will be responsible for the 2nd round of shipping fees.

If you require faster SHIPPING you can choose the EXPRESS options at checkout, however, the higher shipping rates will be your responsibility and will not be covered by HometownEngravingLLC. Please keep in mind this only decrease the shipping time and NOT the processing times.

If your order requires INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and your tracking will be provided in an email from Etsy when your order ships. We do not offer free International Shipping, and any Customs Fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. We use UPS International or USPS International for All International orders.

WE CAN NOT CONTROL CARRIER DELAYS AS WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PREDICT OR PREVENT THESE DELAYS, therefore please do not review our Company negatively when the Carrier experiences a delay, as that is just not fair! We do everything we can to help and should not be held responsible for a delay we cannot control.

PROCESSING TIME
At Hometown Engraving LLC we make processing and shipping speed our top priority. We know that when you fall in love with a personalized product, you would like to receive it as soon as possible.
Orders will be produced and shipped within 1-7 business days; (during the Holidays that increases to 7-14 days) however, we usually produce and ship within 48 to 72 hours when it is not a busy time of year. It is important to remember that all time frames are ESTIMATES, not a guarantee, however, we do our very best to meet these time frames and will communicate with you if we are experiencing a delay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Due to the recent activity, we can no longer accept cancellations for any reason. We HIGHLY recommend you read the details section and ask any questions you may have PRIOR to purchasing. We are always available to help answer your questions and will happily assist in any way that we can. I encourage you to ask any questions you may have BEFORE you order.
If for some reason we have to cancel your order there will be a 50% restock fee for the product blanks we had to purchase to fulfill our order. This order is placed within 1 HOUR of purchase, so cancellations later than 1 hour will only receive 50% refund, as we will collect the 50% restock fee in these cases.

RETURN POLICY
***We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-engraved products***
We gladly accept returns for non-custom engraved and printed products. Item/s must be shipped back to Hometown Engraving LLC within 3 days of delivery and all returns must have tracking. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
