Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to take custom orders. My policy is such that after we have agreed your design, full payment be made before I undertake manufacture. Custom orders cannot be returned unless the item is found to be faulty.

Sizes are giving in each listing. Please make sure you check the item for measurements to avoid disappointment.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your order will be delivered to you in a gift box ready for giving. If you would like some extra touches such as a hand written gift card and ribbon please let me know.
