1. What's your turnaround time? Tattoos will ship within stated TAT OR SOONER. Each listing includes the turnaround. 2. Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, all orders include tracking 3. Are the tattoos non-toxic? Tattoos are safe and non toxic 4. Can you do other themes? We can design custom tattoos in any theme, for any event. 5. how many tattoos do we receive? Each listing will specify the quantity included.

5. My order arrived damaged or is Missing items, What can I do? It's very rare, but sadly sometimes USPS will beat up a package, or we may make an error when packing your order. In this case, you must contact me ASAP, within 24 hours of delivery, to see if we can replace the items in time for your event. We will not be able to assist outside of the 24 hour window. 6. Can I get a refund? If there is an issue with your order, please contact me WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery and we can see what our options are as far as a solution. We will not be able to assist outside of the 24 hour window.

These imperfections are what make your order unique. No two orders are alike. The images, descriptions and measurements you will find on our site have been used to best portray the products we sell. Your order will be created as per you order form. All orders are thoroughly inspected for any fixable imperfections before shipping. Any flaws left unattended are those that are part of the handmade process.
