I offer free media mail on all media orders. As of February, 2022 I have updated our shop's policy to include insurance for all packages $100 or over. Any items below $100 that you would like me to insure, please send me a private message so I can apply insurance to your package. In the event, a package goes missing through USPS, I will create a missing mail search. Ideally, a missing mail search results in a found package that quickly arrives to your door. However, in the event USPS is unable to locate your package, as long as it is insured, I will then create a claim for the monetary value and send this to you. If your item is not insured and missing, I will do what I can to try to correct the situation, please message me. Thank you
