All creations in wickymonkey's shop are 100% digital. No physical items will be shipped. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive high-quality digital files such as PNG, PSD, or MOC3, depending on the product you choose

Turn around time depends on the complexity of your request and my current queue. Estimated timelines: * Illustrations: approximately 1–3 weeks * Live2D full models: approximately 3–5 weeks Progress updates will be provided so you’re never left in the dark 🕯️

🖤 3. Are revisions included?

Yes, revisions are included. For the sketch stage, you may request unlimited revisions until you’re satisfied with the design. For the base color stage through the final stage, a limited number of revisions is included to ensure the result aligns with your vision. Additional revisions can be requested for an extra fee

🖤 4. Do your works include commercial usage rights?

Usage rights vary by listing. Some products include commercial use, while others are personal use only. Please review the product description carefully or contact me to confirm the license that fits your needs.

Depending on the commission, you may receive: * Transparent PNG files (DND, emotes, overlays, assets) * Layered PSD files * MOC3 files for Live2D models All files are delivered in high resolution and ready for immediate use * A preview image you can use if you’d like to leave a review on my marketplace
