Do you offer physical versions of your digital art prints?

Yes! Please check out our extensive catalog in each category where we usually publish physical listings alongside the digital ones. If you somehow find an artwork that you love but can't seem to find the physical version of it in the catalog, please message us and we'll create the physical listing for you to purchase.

Do you accept order cancelations?

For physical products, you may cancel your order free of charge usually within the first 2 hours after placing the order. This window may seem very short, but please understand that everytime we receive an order, the product is immediately prepared and produced with the help of our automated systems. Once we begin producing your item, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

For physical products, we will refund your purchase or replace the item if it's damaged or defective. If ever you experience this, please send pictures of the damaged product, and we will immediately process the replacement or the refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window after delivery. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and the product must be returned in its original condition. And since we are based in Japan, you may need to send it to a Japan address that we specify in our message communication with you. Please also note that when you return a product, we will release the refund after we have received the package in good order.

Can I create my own bundle of printable art from your catalog, then get it a lower price?

Absolutely! You can create your own gallery set from our printable art catalog. Just send us a message about which items you want to put in the bundle and we will create the listing for you. Each art that you place in the bundle after the first one will only cost $1.00! For example, 1 printable art is typically $4.99. If you create a bundle with 6 art pieces, it will only cost you $9.99, instead of $29.94!

Can I ask for a special discount if I order multiple products from your store?

Absolutely! Just send us a message about the products you want to buy and we'll give you a discount coupon specially made for you!

Do you offer personalization on your products like adding names, messages, etc.?

Absolutely! We take personalization personally. Personalization isn't just a feature of our service. It's a core value we uphold. We have the tools to insert any names or messages to the art and designs you see in our catalog. Almost all of our listings have Personalization enabled so just fill the field with your instructions and we'll create a draft for you to review. Simple!

FRAME DIMENSIONS

- Note that there is about a 12 mm (0.45") gap between the canvas and frame which may not be very apparent in the listing photos.
