All of our items are made on high quality shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets, not low end pieces. We offer the design shown in the main listing photo on various types of jackets and sweatshirts in both ladies cut and unisex/mens sizing. (See below for comments on sizing on our various shirt styles) If you are looking for a different style of jacket please just let us know.

1. Shirt color
2. First OR last name (we cannot accommodate full names on this design)
3. Credentials (EX: BSN, RN, CNA, etc). Credentials will not be added if you do not list them here)
4. Department (max 4 letters, EX: NICU, L&D, M/B). A department will not be added if a department is not requested.
5. Thread color for name/credentials
6. Thread color for stethoscope
** Bow colors remain the same **

The sample shown in the first photo is a gray quarter zip sweatshirt, with a columbia blue name/credentials and a raspberry stethoscope. If color details are missing we will use what is shown in the main listing photo.

**Our current processing time is a 7-10 business day turnaround time from the day you order until the day we ship.
*Due to national supply shortages we sometimes have to change brands for our unisex 1/4 zip sweatshirts and full zip hoodies that are shown in photos based on current availability from our suppliers. They all have the same size chart, but the zippers/collars are slightly different. Our customers love them all. We do fill orders of multiple sweatshirts all in one matching brand.

Let's talk about SIZING!
It is impossible for us to suggest a size for you or a friend, but we want to detail below what our OPINION is about fit for each of the items available. These hold true for MOST of our customers, but there is always an occasional person who says this fits them differently than listed. The BEST way to ensure a proper fit when ordering an item online is to choose a similar sweatshirt or jacket from your own wardrobe that fits you well, lay it flat but not stretched, measure the width of item instead of your body, and compare to the size charts given in the listing photos. We suggest measuring across the body about an inch below the armpits.

1/4 zip sweatshirts (shown in main listing photo): These are unisex, so a comfy baggy fit. They are a great quality, soft, and have a great looking zipper. Not your average lower end 1/4 zip. Most of our customers stay true to their normal sizing for a comfy fit to throw over scrubs in a colder work place, or to layer for a cute weekend pullover. Our model is wearing the 1/4 zip. She is 5'6", usually wears a women's medium, and is wearing the unisex medium.

Track Jackets: Great quality, medium weight. Slick "dri fit" type fabric on the outside, a thin layer of super soft microfleece on the inside. Professional looking but very comfy. These fit true to size for men and most say true to size for women. The ladies cut is a slender cut without much of a stretch, so if you like a ladies cut but want it roomier, you may want to size up one.
Ladies and Unisex Microfleece Jackets: A great fleece jacket for layering or cool temps. Lightweight. So snuggly without the bulk. Nicely tailored. The perfect combo of professional but comfy. Great details and a great fit. Most of our customers say these fit true to size. If you are in between sizes *some* of our customers size down in this. A bit longer to cover your bottom.

Stretch Jackets: So cute, and a bit sporty. A lighter weight than our track jacket, perfect for light layering. Athletic smooth outside and soft inside. Has pockets. Also professional looking but comfy. These also fit true to size for most and this material has a bit of a stretch. We love these for a light layer. They are in between our track jackets and the sport flex in weight.

Sport Flex Jackets: These are SOOO amazing! Lightweight- perfect for layering, SO soft, perfect sturdy pockets that are fully sewn in... a perfect combination of comfort and style! Mens are a normal mens cut, and ladies are nicely contoured, but not too tight. The ladies cut has amazing details such as hidden thumb holes (use them only if you'd like to), a cute pleat detail on the back, and the full zip jacket has a bit of a high/low cut- perfect for scrubs, leggins, or skinny jeans. These are going to be your favorite go-to! True to size with some stretch for men and women with one exception... on ladies cut, the arms are fitted, not baggy. If you will be layering and have large arms, you *may* want to size up. If you are in between sizes, think about whether or not you normally wear this zipped or unzipped. Zipped, *possibly* use the larger of the two, and unzipped, possibly the smaller. Most women say these run true to size with arms that are more slender than baggy. They do have a stretch, so some women love the compression there (and showing off your muscles!)... some size up. :)

Ladies Full Zip Cowl Neck Jacket: We love these! Such a fun jacket. These have the cutest cowl neck on a full zip. Great details, lightweight (not lined), great quality. These have a slender fit with a bit of stretch. If you want a roomier fit, you may want to consider sizing up.

Unisex Crewneck, Hoodies and Full zip hooded sweatshirts: These are mens cut in size and have a comfy baggy fit. Great quality fabric, soft inside and out. Some ladies choose to size down if you do not want an oversized sweatshirt. Many choose their true to size for a comfy fit. Sweatshirt material.
