FAQs
ARE THE FILES READY TO USE? Yes, but hat sizes and design style varies. I create my designs so the size can be easily adjusted to get a perfect fit on your hat. The files are easy to adjust in any design software. The files can be used with Canva, Photoshop, or other software.

HOW DO YOU TRANSFER THE DESIGN TO THE HAT?
Designs can be cut from materials like mylar (a plastic available at most craft stores), cardstock, or vinyl to create a stencil. Alternatively, you can print the design and use carbon paper to transfer it.
INSIDER TIP: Print the design on parchment or tracing paper, position it directly on the hat, and burn right through the paper onto the hat. If you have an inkjet printer, you can print the design on regular printer paper (mirror the image), then iron it onto the hat to transfer the image. Use low heat and no steam for this method.

WILL THE DESIGNS WORK ON ANY HAT? I create the designs for narrow or wide flat brim hats and different style hats. Because of variations in hat sizes, our designs may need adjusting either making them larger or smaller for perfect results. The designs can be used on fabric hats, felt, vegan leather, corduroy, pretty much any hat - you will need to take care when undertaking the burn process. I suggest you experiment on pieces of fabric similar to the fabric of your hat to get the feel of it before commencing on your hat.
