What is your return/refnund policy?

14-Day Full Refund or Replacement Policy: We gladly accept returns for non-customized items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. However, we cannot accept returns for customized or personalized orders due to the unique nature of these items. Please follow the steps below to initiate your refund request: Take a photo of the damaged product as soon as it arrives at your address. Send us an Etsy message attaching the photo of the damaged product within 14 days of receiving the damaged item and Indicate if you would like a free replacement or a full refund. Digital orders are final sale.

What is the best photo settings for best results?

-Use a high resolution camera: iPhone 8/equivalent (or newer) -Avoid Dark photos: dark pictures will not turn out nicely on your custom product -Avoid blurred or unclear photos of low resolution -Get close to the pet. -Make sure that no objects hide any part of your pet; such as grass, trees, furniture...etc. -Take the photo at your pet's eye level. -Avoid direct sunlight because it overcasts hard shadows.

Can I send additional photos of my pet so your design team can choose the best one?

Yes absolutely! Please send additional photos and we will ensure your assigned design professional sees them all

Do you share my photo outside of your company?

We, at LoveMyHooman, do not share your information, such as photos, emails, shipping information, payment information ...etc, with anyone outside of our teams. We make sure that your information is always kept safe and secure using the latest internet security technologies. Your information is ONLY used to create the custom design for you and to deliver the final product at your doorstep at the highest quality. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you need to adjust your order, please send us an email within 1 hour max of purchase and we will make the necessary changes. Change orders made after 1-hour of placing the order are not accepted.

Do you ship worldwide?
