Returns & Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and work towards resolving it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, unless they are found to be defective upon receipt, given the personalized nature of these items.

In the event that your order arrives with a defect, we are prepared to offer a replacement with an identical item if available. To qualify for a refund of the initial price, the buyer must return the defective item in its original state within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipment, along with any associated insurance costs.
