For this reason we are unable to accept returns / exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received. ♥ Please double-check the address / color / size / design while placing your order as we are unable to track an order placed with a wrong address or cancel / change an order once placed.

Stickers and Bookmarks - Etsy says it's delivered but it's not here

♥ When you order with the free shipping option Etsy will generate a "tracking number" for you. This tracking is not valid through USPS and is solely based on estimates. Sometimes an order will be marked as delivered by Etsy before they arrive. ♥ Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your items to arrive, although it should be much sooner. Please do reach out if 3 weeks have passed since the ship date and your stickers never showed up,

What is your processing time?

For stickers and bookmarks processing time is 1-3 days. For apparel, processing time is 4-7 days.
