Great customer service. Whole drawing was done within a week, despite her saying that she had a lot of commissions. Gave me frequent updates, and even gave me ample opportunity for last minute changes. Overall amazing quality. 50 USD may be a lowball, and I wouldn't be shocked if the price goes up on commissions.
