If the products you receive are broken

Different scenarios: 1. Damaged during transport - in this case, photos (also serial number for photo tiles) are required, replacement of broken tiles is NOT free of charge (the price of the product and the delivery are paid by the customer). 2. The tile was damaged during installation - in this case, photos (also serial number for photo tiles) are required, the replacement of the broken tile is NOT free of charge (the price of the product and the delivery are paid by the customer). 3. Not as expected/"I still don't want this", etc., the rule for returning the product applies. 4. Exchange: Unfortunately, product exchange is not possible.

Damaged Products Policy

As most of our products are fragile, all orders are shipped with insurance. We pack the box carefully so that the product remains in perfect condition during delivery. IMPORTANT!!! When you receive the product, inspect the package in the presence of the shipping agent and make sure it is not damaged. If the carrier does not want to open the box without receiving the product, open the product within 2 hours at the latest and contact the carrier the same day if you notice any damage. Report the damaged product to the shipping company. Please let me know about the damaged product, I will try to help as quickly as possible.

Product exchange, product return, money refund 1.

Unfortunately, product exchange is not possible. If you would like to return the product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To return the product, you must send it to our address in Hungary. The return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the depreciation, and the amount of the depreciation will be deducted from the refunded amount. We will refund the money after receiving the product. We will not refund shipping costs, additional duties, taxes or other additional costs incurred. We only accept trackable shipments.

Product return, money refund 2.

ATTENTION!!! If the buyer does not receive the product and wants to return it because they did not inform themselves about possible customs duties and import taxes before purchasing, and because of this, the buyer does not want to pay these costs upon receipt of the product, then in this case we are unable to refund the price of the product and other costs! (see Customs and import taxes (additional) point)

If You don't receive the package by the specified deadline

If the package is provably delayed due to kypmdshop's fault, you can of course request a refund of the purchase amount. The burden of proof is on the buyer. In the event that the package is undeliverable (the address is incorrect or you are not available) and therefore you do not receive the package, the package will be destroyed, and therefore no refund is possible in such a case.

Customs and Import Taxes (Additional)

PRE-PURCHASE, buyers should inform themselves about the customs and import taxes applicable to the product they wish to purchase, in accordance with the laws in force in their country. This is ALWAYS the buyer's responsibility. Payment of any applicable duties and import taxes in the buyer's country is ALWAYS the buyer's responsibility to the customs authorities in their country. The seller is not responsible for any delays related to customs clearance. ATTENTION!!! NEW CUSTOMS LAW!!! REMOVAL OF THE US $800 "DE MINIMIS" THRESHOLD: Starting August 29, 2025, shipments entering the USA may be subject to customs and taxes, regardless of their value! We recommend that you inform yourself about this BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE!

Discover the charm of the Mediterranean lifestyle in your home with the authentic Italian Sorrento Coast Lemon Tree Pattern Ceramic Tile Mural/Mosaic! The vibrant yellow lemon tree pattern and distinctive colorful floral frame of the southern Italian landscape evoke the richness of Mediterranean nature, bringing warmth and cheerfulness to your home. The motifs are inspired by the characteristic rocky coastline and lemon tree groves of the Sorrento Coast, which radiate freshness and energy. This handmade unique tile mural/mosaic reflects the best traditions of Italian craftsmanship and brings the picturesque beauty of the Sorrento Coast to your home.

These are real, handmade tiles, not decals, the pattern is burned into the tiles themselves at high temperatures. It can be installed both indoors and outdoors, providing a beautiful natural look. With its glossy surface and captivating 3D effect, it creates a visually stunning backdrop in any environment. Whether you use it to beautify your own home or give it as a gift, these mosaic tiles are always a delight.

ABOUT
• Real ceramic tiles
• The design is burnt in the ceramic
• The shape of the tile mural / tile mosaic is a horizontal rectangle
• The tile mural / tile mosaic consists of 12 tiles
• Exact dimensions are shown in the table, between the photos. Please check before placing an order!

Tip: To prevent tiles from fading outdoors, you can use a UV-protective varnish, which should be applied to the surface of the tiles after they have been installed.
• The tiles are waterproof and heat-resistant, but not scratch-resistant or UV-resistant!
• Tile murals are not assembled prior to shipping. Tiles are numbered and carefully packaged for easy assembly and installation. The package also includes an image of the tile painting depicting numbered tiles.
