ARE YOUR STICKERS WATERPROOF?

→ I use Online Labels weatherproof matte sticker paper. Per Online Labels, this paper IS waterproof. However, I would still recommend hand washing only, avoiding soaking and dishwashing to ensure its longevity.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

→ Custom/personalized items are non-refundable, these items are made to each customer’s preference and approval is obtained prior to shipping. → Digital downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. → Exchanges are not accepted unless your item is damaged upon arrival. You must e-mail me a photo of the damage done and pay for returned shipping within 3 days of receipt. The exchange will be for the exact same item design and shipping will be covered.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DROP OFF?

YES! If you're local to the Tampa Bay Area (Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas counties) I am more than happy to meet with you, or drop off your order depending on how close you are to my location. I can also bring your order with me to any events I have for you to pick up. :) Please message me prior to placing your order so that I can provide you with code to waive shipping and we can discuss the details. PLEASE NOTE: Etsy still requires tracking information on all orders. With local drop-off, I will ship a copy of your receipt to you.

ARE YOUR STICKERS UV PROOF?

While they are weatherproof/waterproof, they are not UV proof. I have had customers place stickers on their vehicles. I do warn the more exposure it gets to direct sunlight, the higher the chance of it fading faster.

HOW ARE PRINTIFY ORDER ISSUES HANDLED? (Blankets & Wrapping Paper)

For damage or manufacturing errors, they will offer a free reprint/refund if they're contacted within 30 days of product delivery and a full product photo showing the damage/error is submitted. Please reach out to me as soon as possible so I can submit a request for the issue. Please be mindful, they will not offer reprints or refunds if you ordered the wrong size/color.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?

You can only use them for the intended purpose they're listed for. Ex: Phone wallpapers and Stickermule packaging tape are sized specifically for that use. Files are intended for personal use only. Please do not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, alter, or claim this artwork as your own. Purchasing my files does not transfer copyright ownership.
