How do I download my cross stitch pattern after purchasing?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link to your pattern, You can access your digital files through your Etsy account under “Purchases & Reviews.” You'll also receive an email with the download link.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the pattern or change my mind?

Since my products are digital, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the pattern has been downloaded.

Can I use the cross stitch patterns for commercial purposes?

My patterns are for personal use only. You may stitch the pattern for your own enjoyment or as a gift, but you cannot sell the digital pattern itself. Please do not share or redistribute the patterns.

I have a problem with my download. What do I do?

Can I share the pattern with a friend?
