All orders ship 1-3 days of payment via USPS First Class. Please check your mailing address! If an item is returned to me you can pay the additional shipping cost or cancel the order (money will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost). All packages are dropped off at a USPS facility for processing and delivery. Once the package is with USPS, I am no longer in control of its delivery process. While I take care in packaging your order, once the package is dropped off at the USPS facility, the responsibility for its delivery and any potential delays, damages, or losses is transferred to USPS. If there are any issues with tracking or delivery, please feel free to reach out to me. However, contact USPS for direct assistance.
