What type of leather do you use?

We use high-quality cowhide leather. Each item is handcrafted using carefully selected natural materials to ensure durability and a unique texture. Due to the nature of real leather, slight variations in color, grain, or small natural marks may occur — these details make every piece truly one of a kind. Type of leather also know as Crazy Horse Leather – matte waxed leather that is prone to scratches and develops a vintage effect over time. We have an 8 colors in our pallete

Can I personalize my order?

Absolutely! Most of our items can be personalized with initials, names, or short phrases. Please check the "Personalization" section on the product page and leave your details at checkout. For special requests, feel free to message us before placing your order — we’re happy to help. We use hot embossing to stamp symbols on leather. So, you can choose gold, silver or plain leather. We can also emboss your logo for additional 10 USD

How do I care for my leather item?

Initially, avoid wearing Crazy Horse leather products with light-colored clothing. Do not wipe the leather with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight. Cleaning the Leather: Use a dry cloth or a cellulose wipe to remove scratches, dirt, and excess moisture. If necessary, use a cleaner specifically designed for natural leather. Avoid storing leather products in sealed plastic bags. Use Leather Care Products: Over time, Crazy Horse leather develops a unique vintage look. We recommend occasionally treating it with leather cream or wax to enhance this effect and maintain the leather's softness. Cream and wax also good for all types of leather.

Are your products GPSR-compliant?

Yes. All our leather items comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and are made for general use. We use only safe, non-toxic materials. However, our products are not toys and should not be used by children under 14 without supervision.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Will my leather item look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly — and that’s a good thing! Genuine leather has natural variations in color, grain, and texture. These differences make each product beautifully unique and are a hallmark of handcrafted leather goods. Our photos were taken at different times of the day: in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, on a sunny day or cloudy. Indoors or outdoors. Even the season affects the light and color of the product. Depending on this, the leather tone sometimes changes. We recommend that you study the photos of the product you liked better, as well as look at other products in a similar color to be sure of your purchase. Also contact us for help

Do your products contain any harmful chemicals?

No. We use responsibly tanned leather and avoid harmful dyes or substances. All our materials meet safety standards and are safe for regular consumer use.

How can I track my order? Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your parcel using any international postal service. What if I didn’t receive my order? Sending items for return : The items should be packaged as securely as possible - we won't be able to issue a refund if the items arrives damaged. If it's a bag - it should be stuffed so that it keeps its shape. The parcel's estimated cost shouldn't be high, and it should be marked as a gift, to avoid extra fees on customs.
