CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CHAIN LENGTH?

Adjustable chain options are available on most of our jewelry. All our chains are made of stainless steel. 16" - 18"- 20"- 22"- 24 inches (40-45-50-55-60, etc.). Some special designs only include a standard 45 cm chain, and chain length variations are not available in these listings

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Yes! Every order comes carefully packaged and ready for gift-giving in a stylish black Pak Design branded gift box. We can also add a personalized gift note upon request.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We accept returns only in cases where the wrong item was sent the product arrived damaged or the package never arrived. Keyfi returns based on personal preference such as design color or chain choice are not accepted. All return requests must include clear photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and refunds are issued only after the item is returned in its original unused condition. For items shipped with free delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Thank you for your understanding.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF THERE IS AN ERROR?

Yes. If you've placed an order by mistake or selected the wrong variation, please contact us as soon as possible (within 12 hours). If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to cancel and correct it.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC OR TARNISH RESISTANT?

Our jewelry is made from premium, water-resistant, and hypoallergenic materials, including stainless steel, 18 karat and 24 karat gold plated, silver plated brass, and high quality plating. They're comfortable for everyday wear and won't tarnish or green easily. For long lasting shine, avoid exposure to water, perfume, or creams.

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

If your package is returned, it's usually due to an incomplete or incorrect address. The item does not come back to us and often remains at customs. Your address is automatically transferred to our shipping system, so please ensure it is complete and accurate. If the carrier system shows the item as undelivered and we confirm the issue, we can reship your order one time free of charge; you only need to pay the shipping cost through our Shipping Listing. It is a beautiful pendant and I love it, but considering this exact same pendant and design is available on other online sites for just few bucks, not sure it's worth the money for how small it is. I do love it, but I definitely could have gotten a less expensive version of it somewhere else.
