Where are my digital files? Can I download in the Etsy app?

After payment is confirmed, use Etsy in a web browser and open Your account > Purchases and reviews > Download Files. The Etsy mobile app does not support digital downloads. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email and check your spam folder. Some older products include a PDF with a Google Drive link; newer editions may contain direct-print PDFs. Start with the instructions supplied for your purchase. If a file is missing or you get an access error, message me through Etsy with your order details and the error you see.

How should I print my coloring pages?

Follow the instructions in your purchased files, because editions vary. If both US Letter and A4 are included, choose one size and download all its parts; they contain the same designs. Open PDFs in a PDF reader, print single-sided, check the print preview and try one page first. Use Actual Size / 100% when exact card or bookmark dimensions matter. Choose paper that suits your printer and coloring materials. Your printer, ink and paper affect the result; the listing and guide explain any edition-specific size or resolution limits.

May I use the designs commercially or resell the files?

Usage rights are product-specific. Please follow the license supplied with the item you purchased. Some older listings allow commercial use and resale of the original digital designs; those granted rights remain unchanged. Some artist study kits allow you to sell physical pieces you have personally colored, while prohibiting resale or redistribution of the supplied files. Other products are for personal use only. A license for one product does not apply to another. If you are unsure, message me with the listing or order number and your intended use before selling or sharing anything.
