REFUNDS ARE CASE BY CASE Depending on the issues, I will absolutely first re make the order and have the first order sent back to me. I will not be refunding for items that “You just don’t like” “You don’t want it anymore” “My package got stolen” If I send your items out and there is proof of tracking, it is your responsibility to make sure you receive that package. Sometimes the mail carrier makes mistakes, and I will address that case by case. You may return an item if it had some issues with it and needs fixed. This does not mean a refund. All neck sizes are available! If you have a question about the sizing for the straps on a neck piece, please don’t hesitate to message me. I can make xsmall-XLarge neck sizing. I have no problem with making sure it is comfortable for you!! Thankyou!

Custom and personalized orders

I am open to custom and personalized orders. Different colors. Sizing. Designs. Materials. If you see a design and would like it in a different color, message me and let’s discuss! I can do a lot of alternative things to an already made design. This will all take place before the order is placed. Once order is placed, customization is finished. Thankyou!

Please be mindful of your order when receiving, wearing, and storing. Please hang up your neck pieces properly. Which can be hung on a wall with nail/clip/sticky hanger/etc. Can be hung by the strap buckle in the back. If you have normal wear and tear over time, I am open to fixing a few things for you. Case by case. Thankyou!
