A beautiful organic style lava thin ring that I purchased for my wife. She discovered it was a bit wider than she had thought prior to purchasing, so we went through the return process. It went very smooth and the seller made it very easy and convenient. We followed the instructions and returned it yesterday, so haven't received a refund yet... but I'm positive that part will go smoothly as well!
