We occasionally accept custom orders depending on our current production schedule and workload. Due to the volume of orders we process and the time involved in design preparation, we are unable to guarantee availability for all custom requests. If you have an idea in mind, feel free to send us a message with the details and we will let you know if it is something we are able to fit into our schedule. Thank you for understanding.

Processing & Shipping

All orders ship within 3–5 business days, as stated on each listing. Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx and include tracking information. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm timing and availability. Ordering first and requesting rush processing afterward does not guarantee expedited handling or delivery. Please note that upgraded shipping applies only to carrier transit time and does not reduce our processing time. Refunds or replacements related to shipping issues

Returns & Exchanges & Digital File Policy

Because each physical order is laser cut specifically for you, Woodland Ridge Laser does not accept returns or exchanges on DIY kits, blanks, or custom cut items. All physical product sales are considered final. Due to the nature of digital products, all SVG files, digital downloads, and design file purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or canceled after purchase. Please review all listing details, size options, descriptions, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or need additional information, feel free to message us before purchasing. We are always happy to help clarify details prior to checkout.

If there is an issue with your order, we are always happy to help. To resolve issues as quickly as possible, we do require clear photos and order details. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of: • The shipping box • Packaging materials • The shipping label • The damaged item(s) This information is required for shipping claims and replacement requests. Missing Pieces If a piece is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of everything you received so we can identify what needs to be replaced or remade.
