Design/Printing Issues

Our orders are shipped directly from our printer and occasionally errors do occur. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.

Our designs are printed using the highest-quality professional direct-to-garment (DTG) process, meaning fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the garment and blends with the fibers. This allows us to achieve a vintage-style look on many of our designs and a feel similar to screen printing (which avoids vinyl's thick, rubbery feeling). Embroidered Designs Design will be embroidered by machine using colored threads. The result is a high-quality professional look with depth and dimension. Embroidered designs are known for their durability, as they can withstand frequent washing and wear, making them ideal for long-term use.

We are a small business and cannot offer returns or refunds as items are produced when ordered specifically for you. We can offer exchanges: contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
