Where to find my downloads?

If you do not have an account, Etsy will send you an email with a link to download after your purchase. If you have an account: go to Your Account ("You" on the top right) -> "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. Then click "Download Files". (Etsy doesn't allow yet to download your files using a mobile device so you have to use a laptop/computer to access the downloads ).

What are digital products?

Digital products are items that are delivered electronically, such as templates, guides, worksheets, and other downloadable files that you can use or print at home.

How do I edit the templates?

Simply click the access link in the PDF, log into Canva, and you can start editing right away! You can change text, colors, fonts, images, and layouts to suit your preferences.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues accessing or using the template, please message me — I'm happy to help!

What if I accidentally delete my template or lose access?

No worries! Just message me with your order details and I’ll resend the access PDF if needed.

Can I edit the digital template on my mobile device?

Editing digital templates on a mobile device might be possible depending on the file format and the apps you have installed. However, for the best editing experience, we recommend using a desktop computer with appropriate software, as some features might be limited on mobile devices.
