✅ How do I access my digital pattern download?

You can access your downloads by logging into your Etsy account on a computer, clicking on "Your Account," then "Purchases and Reviews." From there, you'll be able to download your pattern. If you're still having trouble, send us a message, and we'll help you.

✅ I can’t find my files!

→ When you order a digital download, your files should be available immediately or within a few minutes. → If you ordered through Etsy, simply go to the Etsy homepage, click on your profile photo in the top right corner, then select "Purchases and Reviews." Your files will be listed there and ready to download at your convenience! → If you ordered as a guest, Etsy will send you a confirmation email with a link to download your patterns. Please note, you will not be able to access your files via the Etsy app; you’ll need to use a browser. → Otherwise, contact us and we will immediately send you a link to download the patterns by email.

✅ Why is the price different at checkout than on the homepage?

This is not an error. The difference is due to the "digital tax" for customers in the UK and EU. If you're purchasing from the UK or EU, a digital tax will be added to your order. This is standard across all digital products on Etsy and other websites. The reason you see a price change at checkout is that Etsy detects your location and adds the applicable tax based on your country.
