What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Returns for refund and cancellations are not accepted. Exchanges for store credit can be arranged upon request. Contact us for further instruction!

Is your denim for women or men?

Most vintage 501s were originally mens. Some styles were tagged "for women" and are commonly featured in our shop—however, this typically will not be specified in the listing, so please inquire. All pairs in the shop are considered unisex, as your measurements are required to determine fit regardless of tag size!

What does "pinned to model" mean?

If a garment does not fit snug on our model, it will be temporarily "pinned" or pulled back tighter to visualize the appropriate fit.

I’m local to Los Angeles, can I visit the shop or pick up my order?

Detour Vintage operates online only—in-person arrangements are not available.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expedited shipping speeds up your delivery time, not our processing time. Orders are shipped M-F before 10AM PST, excluding weekends and holidays. Rush orders can usually be accommodated, but please inquire before placing your order! During the global pandemic, we continued to process and ship all orders as usual. However, delivery services throughout the world continue to experience high volumes and service disruptions, so unforeseen delays may occur. Please be aware this is likely to impact delivery times, even now. INTERNATIONAL IMPORT FEES & ORDERS MARKED AS "GIFT"

Please consider customs duties, import taxes, and/or VAT for your country. Any fees charged upon delivery are the recipient's responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by Detour Vintage. It is against U.S. law to falsify customs forms. Orders are categorized as merchandise (never claimed as "gift") and declared for full value. International orders marked as "gift" during checkout will still display value fees on shipping label and packing slip, no exceptions.

Orders are shipped standard economy international (7-21* business days) or USPS International Priority Express (3-5* business days) if selected by you. Live tracking and delivery confirmation are not guaranteed on all destinations. *Delivery times vary per country. Please be aware that the status of packages in customs and outside of the U.S. is beyond our control. Delays in customs are infrequent but may happen. If there is an issue, please reach out so we can discuss course of action. We cannot GPS parcels outside of the U.S., so please be prepared to contact your local postal service or customs office.
