The link is impossible to use. It downloads into Adobe illustrator which requires a whole extra log-in process and then still doesn’t work.

Hello! The download should be of a PDF file, which contains a link to Canva, an online editing site. If the file is not opening to the website, I would try opening the downloaded file to a view-only application such as preview in Apple. The link should be clickable then. If it still isn’t opening automatically, I would manually copy and paste the link into your web browser to take you to the Canva template. This is the first time I’ve heard of this issue, but absolutely do not mind messaging you personally to find a solution for you. Thanks so much.
