After that period, no modifications can be made, as we begin processing your personalized design right away to prevent production delays. Once submitted to production, changes are no longer possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and USPS-verified. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Can I make returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made-to-order and tailored to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or buyer preference. Please double-check the size chart before completing your purchase. Refunds or replacements are only provided if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out immediately.
