All items in my shop are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item. If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so I can make it right. Depending on the situation, I will offer a replacement or a refund. I cannot accept returns or refunds for sizing issues, personal preferences, or changes of mind. Please review all listing details carefully before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for reshipment costs if an item is returned due to an incorrect address or a delivery refusal.

WOVEN BLANKET MATERIAL & CARE

My woven blankets are made from a sustainable blend of cotton and recycled cotton and are designed for durability and everyday use. Colors are intended to resist fading and shrinking with proper care. All blankets are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, meaning the materials have been tested for harmful substances according to established safety standards. Blankets are machine washable and may soften with regular use and washing. Individual experiences may vary.

WHY AREN’T ALL MY ITEMS IN ONE PACKAGE?

Many of my items are made to order and may be produced by different production partners or facilities. Because of this, items from the same order may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages, sometimes on different days. Each package will have its own tracking information once it ships.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, OR HAS A MANUFACTURING ERROR?

If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue or is damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and the packaging. Once reviewed, I will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

All items are made to order. In general, most items have a production timeline of 2–5 business days, followed by 2–5 additional business days for shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Production and shipping timelines shown on Etsy are estimates and are not guaranteed. During busier times of the year, these timelines may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier delays. Once an order has shipped, delivery speed is determined by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the buyer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

APPAREL CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To help your direct-to-garment (DTG) printed shirt last as long as possible, I highly recommend washing it inside out in cold water using a mild detergent and air drying whenever possible. If needed, tumble dry on low heat, inside out. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Do not iron directly on the printed design. If you have followed these care instructions and notice the print is not holding up after a few washes, please message me and I will be happy to review the issue and make it right with a reprint.

Colors may also appear lighter in print than on screen. I appreciate your understanding and aim to deliver a product that closely matches the digital version.

I design all items myself using a mix of graphic design tools and some AI-generated elements. I work with a trusted production partner for printing and shipping. Each item is made to order after purchase, and listing images are digitally created to represent the final product.
