Are your products digital or physical?

All items in my shop are digital downloads or made-to-order personalized digital files. Nothing physical will be shipped. You can print your files at home or through a print shop of your choice.

How do I download my files after purchase?

For instant downloads, go to “Purchases & Reviews” in your Etsy account, then click “Download Files.” For personalized items, I’ll message you within 24 hours to gather your details before sending your custom file.

Can I use your designs for my business or social media?

Yes, you may use your custom logo or branding kit for commercial purposes. Please do not resell or redistribute any artwork or readings as-is. If you're unsure, just ask!

What’s your refund policy on digital items?

Due to the nature of digital products, I cannot offer refunds. However, I want you to feel happy and aligned—so if something isn’t quite right, message me and I’ll do my best to make it magical.
