🌷What are your working hours?

Mon-Fri and all orders and inquiries during business hrs. Please note that I am unavailable on weekends, but I will respond to any messages or requests as soon as possible.

🌷 Are your stickers waterproof ?

Yes! My stickers are made with waterproof vinyl, so they can handle splashes, light water exposure, and everyday use. They're great for water bottles, laptops, and planners, just avoid scrubbing or soaking them for long-lasting quality!

🌷 What if my item arrives damaged ?

Every order is carefully packaged and marked with a “Fragile, Do Not Bend ” sticker, but sometimes things happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me *within* 48 hours of the delivery date with a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. This helps me resolve the issue quickly and make it right. I want you to love your order, so don’t wait too long to reach out! I'll review your message and work with you on a replacement or refund.

🌷 What size are your stickers?

Sticker sizes vary by design, but most range from 1.5 to 2 inches at their widest point, with a length of 2 inches. I make sure to create stickers that are large enough to be seen, yet small enough to fit. :)

🌷 How can I leave a review?

After receiving your order, you can leave a review through your Etsy account under Purchases. 🌷 Will the colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, brightness, and resolution. I do my best to match each design as closely as possible, so your sticker will still look beautiful and true to the design in person.😌

🌷Are the stickers UV protected?

My stickers are water-resistant💧 but not ☀️ UV protected. Prolonged sun exposure may cause colors to fade over time. For the longest life, I recommend placing them on items that won’t be left in direct sunlight for long periods.

🌷What happens if it says "delivered" but I have not yet recieved it ?

Once an order is marked as delivered by USPS, please contact your local post office FIRST, before contacting me for help. There are times when it arrives after a few days. Again, I do not work for USPS, and I have no control over what happens after it is shipped.😌
