Can you personalize this design for me?

Unfortunately I am unable to offer personalization.

I did not receive an email with the download link.

On your desktop, with the Etsy site up, there is a link at the top named "Your Account". Click on that and a dropdown will appear. Choose purchases and reviews. There you will find all of your purchases, separated by shop. Just look for my shop, MandPDigital, for the design you purchased from me. To the right there will be a link "download files". Click it and it will take you to another window that has all the files to download.

How do I download the file to my phone / IPad?

1 - Using your device's browser (either Safari or Chrome) type in Etsy.com and go directly to Etsy. 2 - On the Etsy website sign in to your account if you're not already logged in. 3 - Click on YOU in the upper right corner which will likely have your Etsy avi. This is your account tab. 4 - A dropdown box will appear and click on PURCHASES AND REVIEWS. Now you will see all the goodies you've bought from Etsy, with the most recent purchase first. 5 - Choose the item you want to save and click the DOWNLOAD FILES BUTTON. 6 - Click on the link for the file you want to download. 7 - You will be asked to confirm, so just tap on the DOWNLOAD button. 8 - Now you will see a download icon appear in the top right of your screen.
