Your order will be processed within 24 hours and forwarded to our skilled weavers, who will begin handcrafting your custom piece immediately. The entire procedure of sourcing, shearing, spinning, dyeing, weaving, washing, and shipping your rug requires between 5 to 8 weeks. However, please note that during the winter season, the drying process may be extended slightly, so we kindly ask that you allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. For ready-to-ship rugs, we strive for our orders to arrive at your door within 5-8 business days.

Will the rug i receive look the same as the picture i see online?

How can I properly maintain my Moroccan rug?
