Lyra bustier top is a beginner friendly digital PDF sewing pattern.

This pattern features a lovely and feminine bustier top with a V-waist and a side zipper for easy wearing.
It's great for romantic date nights, vacations, cocktail parties, stylish events, garden parties, picnics, and afternoon teas.

This pattern is available in a digital PDF format, allowing you to download and print it at home using your printer, or you can opt to print it at a print shop.
The pattern pages are designed to be assembled by taping them together.
The sizes in the pattern are layered, so you can print only the size you need, or print any size as many times as you like. Each size is in a different color.
The sizes are organized in layers, so individual files for each size cannot be provided. You can easily open and print the PDF files with the patterns using any PDF application. For the best experience, I recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader.


The "Final Bustier Measurements" table provides the exact measurements of the finished bustier for each size.
When selecting a size, please refer to the measurements in the table, as they differ slightly from body measurements due to wearing ease. This will give you a clear idea of how the finished bustier will fit, including front and side lengths, allowing you to make any necessary adjustments before tailoring.
The pattern covers 12 sizes, ranging from:
- US 00 – 20
- EU 30 – 52
- UK 2 – 24
Bustier length (measured from the neckline to the hem) varies from 25 cm to 32 cm (10 to 12 inches) depending on the size.

- US pattern for home printing (file with layered sizes)
- A0 pattern for print shop printing (file with layered sizes)
- Detailed instructions for sizing, printing, cutting, sewing, recommended fabrics, and a step-by-step sewing guide
- Pattern layouts for printing and assembling

To achieve a shapely look, you can choose various woven fabrics, including those with a little stretch, such as coutil, dense woven cotton, linen, satin, brocade, crepe satin, cotton duck, canvas, denim, tweed, jacquard, PU leather, velvet, or any other mid-weight to heavyweight fabric.
When purchasing fabric, please buy 5-10% more than required.
You will need:
- Fabric (main fabric and fusible interfacing) at least 140 cm wide
- Stay tape or pieces of fusible interfacing
- Open-end zipper
- Matching thread
