Custom and personalized orders

On most of our items we are able to customize or personalize. We offer engraving, ring sizing, and more depending on the item and availability. For custom orders please reach out to us with as much detail as possible and budget. Custom orders are non-returnable, however we will work with you to create exactly what you are looking for.

Most rings can be re-sized by us before shipping out. Please reach out to us via message with the ring you are looking to re-size and we will get back to you with pricing and availability. Ring sizing often takes 1-2 weeks to finish before shipping the item out to you.

How to care for your gold: Gold is a soft metal, and does require special care in order for your jewelry piece to last a lifetime. Hollow gold jewelry requires the most care and attention when wearing/storing. We do not recommend sleeping in, working out in, showering in, etc. as to not accidentally snag, break, or dent. Keep gold jewelry in a cool, dry place to protect it from dust, air, and moisture. Although not common, gold can turn color if not careful. For example- 14 karat gold is made up of 58.5% pure gold and 41.5% mix of alloys. If you are allergic to certain alloys, gold can still tarnish and turn color on the gold or your skin. That is because a reaction is happening either with you, lotions, perfumes, or other chemicals.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available at checkout for $5. It is non-returnable and refundable. Gift wrapping will depend on the season and reason. Most of our packaging (depending on what it is) will include a hot pink paper jewelry box with a clear baggie inside containing your jewelry. Higher end pieces will include a sturdier jewelry box.

To return an item you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Upon messaging us we will provide the steps in returning or exchanging. The buyer is fully responsible for paying for return shipping. We offer refunds minus $10 or 10% of the item cost (plus any mandatory taxes), whichever is greater will be subtracted from the refunded amount. Your refund will post back to you within 7 business days of receiving back the item.
Exchanges of equal or greater value are free of any restocking fees, but you are still required to purchase your own shipping method to send the item back.

For any custom made pieces there is a 20% restocking fee to accommodate for our time and additional work done for custom. Because of this, we are dedicated to working with you personally to ensure your custom order is exactly what you had envisioned.
All delivery, gift wrapping, and handling charges are non-refundable.
