Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance. I will be happy to arrange an exchange.
Non-returnable Items:
Items that are custom-made, personalized, or perishable are not eligible for return unless defective. Please carefully read product descriptions before making your purchase.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me via Etsy messages. Returns are processed once the item is received back in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
