How do I access my digital files?

After payment is confirmed, open Etsy → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files. Download the PDF or access file attached to your order, open it, and follow the link inside to the organized folder. Etsy does not send the full large music library as individual attachments.

Why did I receive a PDF instead of audio files?

Many music collections are larger than Etsy’s direct attachment limits. Etsy delivers a small PDF or access file; open it and follow the included link to the organized folder. The PDF is part of the digital delivery and no physical USB or CD is shipped.

Does purchase include royalty-free or commercial-use rights?

No. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise with supporting terms, a purchase provides access to the files described but does not automatically grant copyright, resale, redistribution, public-performance, synchronization, broadcasting or monetization rights. Confirm your intended use is permitted before publishing, performing or using audio commercially.

What should I do if an access link does not work?

Do not repurchase the item. Send an Etsy Message with your order number, the listing name and a screenshot of the error. Noizonic will check the access file or link and respond as soon as possible.

Can I cancel, return or exchange a digital order?

Digital downloads are not eligible for returns or exchanges under Etsy’s preset digital-item policy, and Noizonic does not accept order cancellations. If the files differ materially from the listing or you have an access problem, contact the shop through Etsy Messages so the issue can be reviewed under Etsy’s policies and applicable law.

Which audio formats and software are supported?

Formats vary by listing and may include MP3, WAV, FLAC or AIFF. Check the title and description before purchase. Standard audio players and DJ-library software generally support these formats, but compatibility depends on your device and software version; verify support with the software provider before buying.

Will I receive a USB, CD or any physical item?

No. Every Noizonic listing is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. Nothing is shipped by post and no USB, CD or hard drive is included. After payment, go to Etsy → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files, open the PDF or access file, and use the included Drive link. If you need a physical product, please do not purchase.

Just remember that 10GB wav is not a ton of tracks, since WAVs take a bunch of space- but was a good addition to my big room/ main stage/ general EDM crates!
