This handsome fellow would make a fabulous addition to your Staffordshire collection. He is so charming with his gilt collar, glass eyes, and curled tail. He would make a great guardian of your entry, bookcase, coffee table, or any place needing a touch of whimsy. oMade in England somewhere between 1860-1870, this somewhat is a rare example of the imaginative talents of the potters in the region.

He stands 13 3/4 tall x 6 1/2 wide.

This piece is in very good antique condition. The main condition issue to note is that the gilt on the color has been worn away. This is common with Staffordshire figures.
