Gothic Victorian Antique Fashion 1880s Silk Moire Bustle Evening Dress - Court Dressmaker ??

A gothic Victorian antique fashion bustle evening dress, dating to the 1880s. Two pieces, in a beautiful glossy black silk moire / watered silk, woven with a rib - the bodice fitted and boned, fastening in the back with lacing ( the original lacing is present, but I've used a substitute in the images as I'm not sure how strong it is ) Deep pointed hem front and back, wide, low neckline, edged with black floral lace and net. Short ruched sleeves, trimmed with more lace. The simple skirt let's the fabric sing - flat fronted, with full bustle back ( shown over a cage, not included ) Inside, the makers mark is difficult to make out - I can definitely read ' LeBlond ', possibly Mme Leblond ( I can't find any record of this dressmaker ) with an address and two Prince Of Wales three feathered crests, possibly a court dressmaker ?
CONDITION
Some small splits at the sides of the bodice waist. Damage and repairs to the back skirt waistband, with hooks missing or replaced, hidden by the bodice. Some small tears / old repairs around the skirt hem, with some wear at the seams in places. The inner bodice belt has snapped, the snapped off piece is present.
