Customization: Let us know if you require any specific customizations. All elements of our shoes are fully customizable. If you prefer the design as shown in the pictures, simply place your order, and we’ll take it from there. Our team will keep you updated throughout the production process.
Production Time: All items are made to order. Once your order is received, our craftsmen will build your product from scratch in about 5-10 days. After a thorough quality check, your boots will be shipped directly from our production unit to your doorstep.
Delivery: Once your order is placed, expect delivery within 7-14 days.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE:

Though it’s rare for any product to leave our workshop with defects due to our stringent quality checks, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full/partial refund if any issues arise. In case of sizing issues, we work closely with you to resolve the matter, ensuring that you receive the perfect fit. If necessary, we may even send a free pair of shoes to ensure your complete satisfaction.
