Can I purchase a different quantity that you have listed?

I'll be happy to put together a larger quantity for you if we have more available (see the individual listing for more info). For smaller quantities I can't break strands of beads or pearls but, in most cases, can make up a smaller quantity of loose beads, cabochons, or watch parts. Please message me with your request.

Will I be able to purchase more of something at a later date?

This is primarily a destash shop for a defunct jewelry business so probably not. I have no records of when or where the items were purchased so can't order more. And the rare vintage items are in limited supply. So, if you see something you like, please grab it; it may not be available next time you visit.

I need my item faster; can you upgrade shipping?

United States: You have the option of choosing Priority Mail during checkout and your package is supposed to arrive within 2-3 days. However, the USPS does not guarantee this so please plan accordingly. Everywhere Else: Shipping costs for the Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Box (6-10 days) vary widely depending on your location. Please message me before ordering for accurate costs and I'll update the listing for you.

How can I contact you about my order?

Etsy has it's own messaging system and that's the easiest and fastest way to get in touch. That's where I'll contact you if there's a problem with your order. Please make sure that you have a current email address on file so you'll receive notifications that you've received a message here. Or, when you sign in to your Etsy account, you'll see a flag on the top right sidebar that alerts you to current unread messages.

Every listing contains metric sizing details in both the headline and item description; metric because that is standard for jewelry supplies and beads. We also show one photograph with the item next to a coin; this is a U.S. dime and it measures exactly 18mm diameter. If you still have questions about size, please message me before ordering.

Why don't you ship to my country?

Due to new registration requirements for all EU countries and packaging laws for Germany and France, I no longer ship to those countries. Unfortunately, I don't have the volume of orders to these countries to make registration and payment for the required services cost effective.. If you are not in the EU and would like to order but don't see your country listed please contact us and I'll add it. I have to list each country individually and haven't added all of them.
