Handcrafted Stoneware Plate with Ash Glaze, Three Fish Design

I made this little plate by hand in my workshop in Cambrils, a small fishing town on the coast of Tarragona, where the sea is always close by. It's crafted from Saint Amand stoneware and finished with an ash glaze that gives it a soft, unique surface. In the center, I drew three intertwined fish — a small tribute to life by the sea.

It measures approximately 17 x 18 cm at its widest point and weighs 304 grams. It works beautifully as a small dish or tray for those little everyday moments.

Each piece is handmade one by one, so no two are exactly alike. There may be slight variations in shape, size, or color — and that’s part of the charm.

These are durable, long-lasting pieces made with high-quality materials and food-safe glazes. That said, they’ll always appreciate a bit of care and love.

You can use this plate on its own or mix it with others — there are five different designs that go beautifully together. For me, it’s all about enjoying the small pleasures of life, every day.
