What products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of personalized and print-on-demand products, including wall art posters (framed and unframed), throw pillows, woven and sherpa blankets, journals, mugs, playing cards, koozies, napkins, and seasonal items like ornaments and calendars. Most products can be personalized with your pet's name or photo.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Send us a message with your pet's photo and any details — we'll handle the rest. Custom orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.

We ship within the United States only. This ensures fast delivery, no customs fees, and no surprises. We do not ship to PO Boxes — please provide a physical address.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all products are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours and we will send a free replacement.

What is your cancellation policy?

You have one hour after purchase to cancel your order. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping takes an additional 2 to 7 business days after production. Framed orders ship via FedEx priority for extra protection.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings, device models, and lighting conditions. Each monitor, tablet, or phone renders colors differently. If you have any concerns about a specific color, feel free to message us before ordering.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive in time for a holiday or special occasion?

All items are made to order and professionally produced by a trusted print partner. For major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, order deadlines are clearly communicated in the shop banner to help customers plan ahead. If an order is placed after the posted holiday deadline, delivery by that specific date cannot be guaranteed. Because each item is custom-made, refunds cannot be issued due to late arrival when orders are placed after the recommended cutoff date.
