Your ordered pen will arrive in a velvet pouch with string or a brightly colored decorative box, or both. This will help protect your purchase and should be ready to be gifted as needed.

Return and Refund Policy

Not satisfied with what you received? Please chat with us. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item within 14 days after the item is delivered to you. The item must be in the same condition you received and undamaged. Refund will be voided if item is received damaged and more than 2 weeks after delivery. Purchaser is responsible for the shipment of returned item. Once item is received the process of refund will be started. Money will be refunded to your original method of payment. Credit card payment may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

This shop does not accept cancellations. Please send us a message for inquiries before finalizing your order.

The buyer is responsible for making sure that shipping address is up to date. Seller is not responsible for item not received if the item was delivered to the address indicated in the receipt. It is the responsibility of the buyer to follow up with local USPS if an update of address is needed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track the shipment.

Undeliverable packages

If your package is undeliverable and returned to the seller, I can ship it back to you but buyer will pay for the re-shipping.

Lost or stolen packages

All orders marked as delivered by USPS are officially considered delivered. Please contact USPS if for some reason you did not receive your order. As a small business, we are unable to refund every package that USPS has lost or misplaced.

If you happen to order more items before a shipping is done, there might be a tendency that your orders will be combined and will be shipped together.

Changing ink refill and maintenance tips

The pen refill can be changed by twisting the pen tip base to the left and gently pulling downward to pull the ink portion out. Twist out/unscrew empty ink top portion and refill with new one. Gently place and push the ink tip base back into the pen. Sometimes, the pen tip goes back into the pen and will not stay in the writing position. The pen is not broken, and it is an easy fix. All you need to do is follow the instructions to change the refill. Screw the refill back and tighten it back in the barrel.

The seller cannot control shipping times. Once the seller has submitted your order to USPS, USPS now takes care of your order. Please get in touch with USPS if you will encounter a delay with delivery. A tracking number for your order will always be provided. Returns will not be issued without proof of missing items from USPS. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking to ensure that you receive your item. First Class Mail within the USA typically takes 2-7 days to arrive. Orders 16 oz or less will receive First Class and anything over 16 oz automatically upgrades to Priority Mail. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

I use this pen everyday. It is on the thicker side for pens but it is still comfortable. You get a free refill too!

Bought this as a gift. It looks really cute and writes well! The ink is black. Seller also gave me an extra ink cartridge. One thing I would note: the mahjong tiles like to clump together. Not sure if it's because there's too many in the pen or because of the order it was placed in. The recipient of the pen will still love it regardless. Tysm!!
