What materials are used in your products?

Our products are primarily made from high-quality materials such as birch plywood (3mm thick), HDF (High-Density Fiberboard) at 3 mm thickness, and clear plexiglass (2 mm thick).

What is birch plywood?

Birch plywood consists of thin layers of birch wood bonded together under high pressure and temperature. It offers exceptional strength and stability.

HDF is a high-density fiberboard made by compressing wood fibers with resins under high temperatures. It has a uniform structure and smooth surface.

Plexiglass, or PMMA, is a lightweight, shatter-resistant plastic available in transparent and colored versions. It is durable and resistant to external conditions.

Why are the edges of the elements darkened?

The darker edges result from the laser cutting process, which imparts a characteristic shade. This is a normal occurrence and adds a unique charm to the product.

Why does the engraving vary between elements?

Variations in engraving are due to the natural differences in the wood's structure

What should I do if a part is damaged?

If you notice any damage to a component, please contact our customer service with photos and a description of the issue. We will strive to resolve the situation promptly.
