What happens if my item is damaged in transit?

If the rare unfortunate event of shipping damage happens to your purchase, a return is not required, but a photograph of the damage must be provided before any refund or replacement can be issued.

Are the estimated delivery dates shown guaranteed?

No. They are estimates. Guaranteed time delivery services are simply not available to most destinations. The vast majority of orders will arrive within the dates shown, but sometimes delivery companies experience delays. If you absolutely need an item by a certain date, please consider an express upgrade or contact before purchase, as another option or courier may be available, although these can often cost more.

What happens if I don't pay tariffs or other import fees demanded by my government?

You will not receive your parcel. If the parcel is safely returned to me, a refund will be processed for the item cost only. Shipping is not refundable. Etsy states 'sellers are not responsible for refunds if an item arrives late or is not received due to a buyer delay or a buyer’s inability or unwillingness to pay the tariffs that are due'.

Vintage from the 1970s
Materials: plastic

A nice sealed and unused vintage portable mahjong set by Gibson's contained in a brown faux leather carry case with closing popper. It contains all 144 engraved playing pieces plus 4 blanks, 3 dice, wind direction indicator and instruction book.

Each tile measures just over 1 inch x ¾ inch x ½ inch (2.8cm x 2cm x 1.3cm). They are made from a kind of plastic with olive green backs. The tiles have added Western letters and numbers.
The case measures 23cm (9 inches) x 16cm (6¼ inches) x 6cm (2¼ inches).
It weighs 2.15kg (4lb 12oz).

It is in unplayed vintage condition with the tiles still sealed in the factory plastic. It is good and solid and ready to be enjoyed for many years to come.
