How can I access my purchased digital products?

Once your purchase is complete, you can access your digital products in your Etsy Account. Simply go to “Purchase and Reviews” and click “Download Files” next to your purchase. If you purchased as a guest, Etsy will automatically email you the download links for the printable resources. Some files are quite large therefore you will get a PDF file with a link to a Dropbox download.

What if I accidentally deleted my purchased file?

Don’t worry, you can always download your purchased files again. Simply go to “Purchase and Reviews” and click “Download Files” next to your purchase.

Can I get a refund for my digital purchase?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for any purchases. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
